If anyone knows my Mom, you’ll know that she loves, and I mean LOVES Mediterranean flavors. I do a lot of cooking for her in this chapter of her life and so I came up with this idea for a crazy simple, crazy delicious and flavorful Greek pasta salad.
This simple pasta salad is proof that even with minimal effort and easy-to-find ingredients, a salad can go a long way in adding valuable flavor to your menu!
A Pasta Salad That’s as Simple as It Gets
I don’t like to spend hours chopping and prepping – and this pasta salad delivers all the flavor with a lot of the work already done for you! The key ingredients are:
- Pre-Made Greek Antipasto Salad (like Sardo’s Deli Market Antipasto Salad. Please look below for alternatives to buy for this Greek salad.)
- Macaroni Pasta (or your favorite shape)
- Greek Salad Dressing: I bought Creamy Greek-style salad dressing from Walmart (not sponsored), but please buy your favorite creamy Greek salad dressing. As long as the Greek salad dressing is creamy, and not a vinaigrette, we’re in business!
How to Make This Greek Pasta Salad
STEP 3: Cook the Macaroni: Boil your macaroni (or pasta of choice) until it’s al dente. Drain and rinse.
STEP 2: Mix in the Antipasto: Toss the salad (drained of oil) with the macaroni, making sure you mix all the feta, olives, and roasted veggies well.
STEP 3: Add the Dressing: Drizzle the creamy Greek salad dressing over the pasta and antipasto mixture. Chill.
And just like that, you have a delicious Greek pasta salad ready to go!

Perfect Pairings for This Simple Pasta Salad
This Greek pasta salad is perfect for busy weeknights or as a contribution to potlucks and barbecues. Serve it alongside grilled chicken, roasted veggies, or even on its own as a light lunch. It’s also a great way to add some Mediterranean flair to your meals without much effort.
I’ve made this a full meal in itself. Add some shredded (or cubed) rotisserie chicken and mix it in when adding the dressing, and you have a full meal in one bowl. Fewer dishes, more protein, how perfect is that?
Can’t Find the Antipasto Salad? Here Are Your Options
If you can’t find the Sardo Deli Market Antipasto Salad, don’t worry—there are great alternatives:
- Trader Joe’s Feta, Pepper Drop, and Olive Antipasto: This product is a great option that features feta, olives, and peppers, making it ideal for this recipe.
- DeLallo Greek Olive and Feta Antipasto Salad: Available at Sam’s Club, this option brings those classic Greek flavors with a mix of olives and feta.
If those aren’t available, you can also create a DIY version. Use any of the following vegetables that you enjoy to make this homemade Greek pasta salad.
- Feta Cheese (seasoned in oil, crumbled or cubed)
- Olives (black, green, or Kalamata)
- Pepperoncini Peppers
- Red Bell Peppers (roasted or raw)
- Artichoke Hearts (marinated)
Mix these ingredients together, and you’ll have a great replacement for the pre-made antipasto salad.
A Note on Ingredient Substitutions
The beauty of this recipe is its simplicity, but it’s also super adaptable. Feel free to swap out the macaroni for whatever pasta you have on hand, whether it’s penne, rotini, or farfalle. You could also add extras like cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, or red onion if you want to customize it!
Storage Tips
If you have leftovers, store your Greek pasta salad in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. This salad can actually get better as it sits, allowing the flavors to meld together.

3 Ingredient Greek Pasta Salad
Enjoy a fresh and tangy Greek-inspired pasta salad with just three simple but helpful ingredients! All those delicious Mediterranean flavors that we love but without all the fuss.
Ingredients
- 4 cups macaroni, dry
- 7.5 ounces of Antipasto Salad (see notes below)
- 1 1/2 cups CREAMY Greek salad dressing (12 ounces)
- 1 tsp salt (for boiling pasta)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 8 cups of lightly salted water to a boil. When boiling, add the dry pasta and cook according to the package directions for al dente.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain immediately and rinse under cool water to stop the cooking, and to cool the pasta down.
- Add the pasta to a large bowl. Add the antipasto mixture and drizzle in the Greek salad dressing. Mix well.
- Chill for about an hour (or longer) before serving for the best flavor results.
Notes
- In the body of the post, I have some brand name suggestions for the antipasto salad. Usually, these salads come packed in oil, so you'll want to be sure to drain the oil as well as possible for the dressing to stick to the vegetables.
- If you can't find the ready-made antipasto, I also list in the body of the post, ideas on how to make this mixture homemade. The great thing about this recipe is that it's so customizable, that you can easily add or remove the things you like to go into this salad.
- I've never made this Greek pasta salad with a vinaigrette dressing and I believe it would be fine to use it however I'd probably add a tablespoon or so of mayonnaise to make the dressing creamy.
- Adding some cooked and cooled rotisserie chicken to the salad will make it a one-bowl meal that's perfect for quick meal prepping.
